Residents are reminded that they have a responsibility to ensure that their tradespeople and those making deliveries are legally parked and adequately covered by insurance.

In the event of damage to common property, the resident is legally responsible to meet all costs associated with repairing the damage.

If the tradespeople or delivery people are not adequately covered by insurance or cannot meet their liability for the damage, then the owner will be liable for any repair costs.

If you are moving multiple items across common property you are required to submit a booking request and agree to the transportation of goods agreement.
